Both Residential and Commercial Water Purification Systems that utilize RO process use the same path to purify drinking water. Typically consists of:
- Pre-Filter
- Carbon Filter
- Thin Film Membrane
- Post Filter(s)
The most important element of the process is the Membrane. It is made from a special material with very thin pours. It is designed to let through only very small molecules, such as H2O.
